Mykola Tomenko: there are Four Conditions that enable the Formation of "Broad Coalition"
M Tomenko, the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announced during his working visit to Chernigiv Region that "the broad coalition" is possible providing the four conditions.
The first condition should be the consolidation of the whole political spectrum represented in the Parliament, together with the Party of Regions.
Secondly, according to M. Tomenko, coalition should be "Ukrainian by its nature", as for the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc the compliance of the Constitution of Ukraine principles is of great importance. In particular it concerns the status of the Ukrainian language, European Choice of Ukraine etc.
New formed coalition should be "European". Being European according to him it is observance of the European standards of democracy first of all.
M. Tomenko informed that those political powers that would form the new majority "should be responsible for the nominated ministers and everything that is happening in the State in order to adopt the effective decisions concerning the fighting against finance-economic crisis etc".
During the conference, M. Tomenko declared that "the formation of the coalition on the basis of only two political powers is impossible as it does not meet the needs of the unification effect".
M. Tomenko renders the personnel changes in the Government during the next plenary week possible.
He also informed that the parliamentary elections can not be prolonged till the year 2014 as it is the position o the faction.
